Preventative Work Is Carried Out At Night. Notification Of Work Is Required 48 Hours In Advance. The Supplier Undertakes To Provide The Service Within 3 Working Days (To Ensure Uninterrupted Data Transfer) After Signing The Contract. The Quality Of Services Provided By The Supplier Must Comply With Technical Standards And Requirements Established By State Standards And Other Regulatory Documents Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Traffic Limitation – An Unlimited Tariff Without A Reduction In Speed When A Certain Volume Is Reached. If During The Provision Of Services By The Supplier There Are Constant Decreases In Speed Without Any Significant Reasons Within 2 Days, Then The Customer Has The Right To Unilaterally Terminate The Contract By Sending A Written Notice To The Service Provider. The Access Speed Is Set On The Port Of The Service Providers Equipment And Changes Upon The Written Request Of The Customer (Subject To The Technical Capabilities Of The Supplier). Providing Access To The Internet Should Be Carried Out Via Wired Communication Lines Along The Entire Route Without The Presence Of Sections Organized Through Radio Access And Satellite Channels, To Ensure A Stable, Reliable Connection. The Service Availability Rate Is At Least 99.5% Per Month. The Supplier Has Online Monitoring Of The Volume Of Consumed Traffic, With The Ability To View This Monitoring To The Customer. If It Is Necessary To Change The Address Of The Customers Service Connection Point, The Supplier Undertakes To Connect The Service At A New Access Point Within 3 Working Days, If There Is Technical Capability At The Specified Address
