Carlow County Council Requires The Provision Of Professional Valuation, Marketing, And Sales Services To Support The Council In Fulfilling Its Statutory And Regulatory Obligations In Relation To Land And Property Throughout County Carlow. These Services Will Be Required On An Ongoing, As Needed Basis Across A Wide Range Of Council Functions. The Appointed Service Provider Will Deliver Independent Valuations For Land And Buildings Associated With Compulsory Purchase Processes, Acquisitions And Disposals, The Management Of Derelict Sites, Social Housing Delivery, Cemetery Provision, Local Authority Operational Needs, Tenant Purchase Schemes, Leasing Arrangements, Insurance Assessments, And Requirements Arising Under Residential Zoned Land Tax And Part V Of The Planning And Development Act 2000, As Amended. This List Is Indicative Rather Than Exhaustive, And Valuations May Be Requested Under Any Relevant Local Authority Function. In Addition, The Provider Will Supply Specialist Marketing And Sales Services For A Variety Of Council-Led Property Initiatives. These Include Commercial Market Reports And Analysis Of Property Values And Conditions, Support For The Marketing And Sale Of Homes Under The Affordable Housing Scheme, And The Disposal Of Vacant Or Derelict Properties Acquired Under The Urdf Call 3 Programme Or The Council’S Flipping Programme. Services Will Also Include Marketing And Sales Support For Sites Made Available Under The Ready To Build Scheme, As Well As Any Other Countywide Programmes Requiring Professional Property Marketing, Valuation Advice, Or Sales Management.
