Tender Submissions Are Invited In Relation To The Provision Of Cleaning And Maintenance Services For Composting Toilets At Fernhill Park And Gardens. The Service Requirements Of Our Composting Toilets Require: • Once Daily Cleaning, Disinfecting And Maintenance Of Toilets Including All Bank Holidays And Christmas Holidays. (365 Days). One Additional Clean Per Day Will Be Required On Saturdays, Sundays And Bank Holidays From March – October. • Provision And Replenishment Of Supplies (Toilet Paper And Hand Sanitizer Liquid) As Required. • Emptying And Maintenance Of Solid Waste Baskets. During Peak Season (March-October) This Should Be Done Weekly. During Off-Peak Season (November-February) This Should Be Done Fortnightly. • Emptying And Maintenance Of The Urine Sumps (Weekly) • Clean Up/Removal Of Any Waste In Relation To The Above • Ongoing General Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Units • Undertake Minor Repair And Maintenance Work. • Engage Contractors And Manage Any Major Repair Work Required. • Provision Of Full Bin Service To Include: • General Waste Bins Emptied (3 Times Per Week) • Nappy Bins Emptied Weekly. • Sanitary Bins Emptied Weekly.
