Overhaul And Refurbishment Work – Execution Of Additional Works To The Objective Capital Repairs Bihor County Council Headquarters, Oradea Town, Republicii Str., No. 35. The Building Is Located In The Suburbs Of The Municipality Of Oradea, In The Ensemble - Historical Center Of Oradea, On Republicii Street No. 35. The Building Is A Historical Monument With Code Lmi-Bh-Ii-M-A-21168. The Construction Falls Under Category Of Importance -B-(According To Hgr No. 766/1997). Importance Class – Ii-(According To Seismic Design Code P100/1-2013). Existing Height Regime S+P+2E. Proposed Height Regime S+P +2E+M (Partially) Currently, Capital Repairs Are Being Carried Out On The Building Under Contractual Agreement No. 64 Of 25.03.2022 With The Object Capital Repairs Of The Headquarters Of The Bihor County Council, Oradea Locality, Republicii Str., No. 35, Concluded Between C.J. Bihor And S.C. Drum Asfalt S.R.L.; In Order To Complete The Works Related To The Investment Objective, Which Include Constructive And Decorative Elements Whose State Of Preservation Could Not Be Accurately Assessed At The Design Stage, Such As Mosaic In The Main Circulation Areas, It Was Found Necessary To Carry Out Additional Works, Which Are The Subject Of The Present Contract And Are Mainly Determined By The Need To Restore Some Elements Affected By The Additional Consolidation Interventions Carried Out To Ensure The Stability And Safety Of The Investment Objective. With The Completion Of The Capital Repairs On This Building, The Possible Dangers That Could Be Caused By Its Advanced State Of Decay Will Be Removed, And The Building Will Be Able To Be Used Again And Will Host The Headquarters Of The Bihor County Council. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 160 Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments, The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Tender Submission Is 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarification 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
