Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Removal Services, Through Storage, Of Residual Waste And Street Waste, Originating From The Uat Sighetu Marmatiei Area. The Purpose Of The Contract To Be Awarded Is The Provision By The Delegated Economic Operator Of The Following Activities: - Disposal, Through Storage, Of Residual Waste And Street Waste, Originating From The Area Of Uat Sighetu Marmatiei, At The Non-Hazardous Waste Depots. The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Aspects That Will Have To Be Taken Into Account During The Performance Of The Delegation Contract Are Presented In The Specifications And Service Regulations. Offers That Will Not Fully Comply With The Minimum Requirements According To The Award Documentation Will Be Considered Non-Compliant And Rejected According To The Provisions Of Art. 215 Para. (5) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement And Art. 137 Para. (1) And (3) From H.G. No. 395/2016. The Delegation Procedure Through Public Procurement Will Be Completed By Concluding A Delegation Contract For A Period Of 9 Months. Estimated Amount Of Waste: 350 Tons/Month X 9 Months=3,150 Tons, Of Which: 1,800 Tons – Domestic Users 1,350 Tons – Non-Domestic Users
