In The Context Of The Objectives And Attributions That A.N.S.V.S.A. Has, Established By Og No. 42/2004 And By Hg No. 55/2008, A.N.S.V.S.A., Carries Out This Award Procedure For The Purpose Of Signing A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Program For The Surveillance, Control And Eradication Of Rabies In Romania, Approved By The European Commission Through The Grant Agreement Project 101194533 — Ro2025-2027Vet Prog. The Objective Of Signing The Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Terms, Conditions And Unit Prices In Order To Create The Framework That Allows The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts According To The Mechanisms Described In Section B - Specifications Of The Award Documentation. The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts Cover The Following Services:  Services For Insurance, Transport And Storage Of Vaccine Baits;  Air Distribution Service Of Vaccine Baits In The Spring And Autumn Campaigns, As Well As Vaccination Due To The Appearance Of Distinct Rabies Outbreaks;  The Information Service And Distribution/Display Of Informative Materials, The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Mandatory Minimum Requirements, Requested In Section B - Specifications. Details Of The Total Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And Related To The Largest Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In Section B - Terms Of Reference. The Value Provided Below Represents The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement: The Minimum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 7,365,478.38 Euro Without Vat The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 35,608,463.50 Euro Without Vat The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 7,365,478.38 Euro Without Vat.
