The Building Has The Status Of An Architectural-Construction Immovable Cultural Value. Since 1985 The Building Has The Status Of An Architectural-Construction Immovable Cultural Value And Falls Within The Scope Of A Territory With A Cultural-Historical Heritage With The Status Of A Group Archaeological And Architectural-Building Monument Of Culture, A Monument Of Urbanism And The Cultural Landscape - Historical Zone Filipopol - Trimontium - Plovdiv / Letter Of The Ministry Of Culture, Nioncc, Ex. No. 2798/23.10.2009/. A Project Has Been Prepared For The External Repair Of The Eastern Wing Of The Building, Which Has Been Agreed With The Ministry Of Culture And The National Institute For Real Estate And Cultural Heritage And Is Part Of The Assignment For The Implementation Of The Site. The Project Envisages Repair And Restoration Works Of The Eastern Wing On The Facades, Restoration Of Eroded Plaster, Painting Of The Facades According To A Color Scheme, Repair Of The Roof And The Drainage System. The Term For The Execution Of The Repair, Construction And Installation Works Is Up To 220 Days, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The Contract In The Records System Of The Contracting Authority Or Until The Value Of The Contract Is Exhausted, Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier. The Warranty Periods For The Types Of Construction And Assembly Works Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. The Warranty Periods Begin To Run From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Performed Smrs. Interested Persons Can Inspect The Object, Which Can Be Realized Every Working Day From 9:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M., Until The Date Set As The Deadline For Receiving Offers Through A Preliminary Request, Submitted As A Message In The Order, Through The Cais Eop Platform.
