The Consultation Includes A Firm Phase And 3 Optional Phases: - Firm Phase: Production Of Drinking Water Supply Master Plans And The Water Safety Management Plan. - Optional Section 1: Georeferencing Of Drinking Water Networks - Optional Section 2: Modeling Of Drinking Water Networks - Optional Section 3: Diagnosis Of Access To Water It Is Also Divided Into The Following Sectors: - Sector 1: Territories South Of Lot, Lot Amont And Albret - Sector 2: Territories North Of Marmande, Brame And North Of Lot - Sector 3: Territories Garonne, Porte Des Landes And Villeneuvois The Optional Tranches Will Be Strengthened If They Are Deemed Necessary Or If They Prove Economically Interesting. Their Strengthening Will, If Necessary, Be The Subject Of A Service Order. Candidates Offers Must Cover All Of The Tranches (Firm And Optional).
