The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Development Of The Exhibition Concept, Technical Designs And Cost Estimates As Part Of The Project Titled: Modernization And Expansion Of The Educational And Museum Center Of The Wolin National Park In Międzyzdroje, Together With The Creation Of Educational Development In Its Surroundings. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Employers Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Extract From The Construction Design Documentation And Other Documents) And Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Contract Template), Including In Particular: 2.1 Task I: Preparation Of The Initial Exhibition Concept, 2.2 Task Ii: Preparation Of The Exhibition Concept, 2.3 Task Iii: Preparation Of The Detailed Design Together With Executive Designs, Cost Estimates And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2.4 Task Iv: Authors Supervision Under Option Law. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Alternative Arrangement Or Narrative Solutions, After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval At The Stage Of Conceptual Work. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Support For The Ordering Party In The Course Of Public Procurement Procedures For The Development Of Detailed Technical And Industry Designs For Construction Works, Public Procurement For Construction Works And Public Procurement For The Implementation Of Exhibitions, In Particular Through: 3.1. Answering Contractors Questions Regarding The Prepared Design Documentation; 3.2. Providing Technical Explanations To The Ordering Party Regarding The Adopted Design Solutions; 3.3. Introducing Necessary Modifications (Amendments And Additions) To The Design Documentation, If The Need To Introduce Them Results From Contractors Questions Or Appeals; 3.4. Updating Cost Estimates Twice; 3.5. Participation In Consultations And Meetings Related To The Procedure, At The Request Of The Ordering Party; 3.6. Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;
