The Contractor Also Delivers The Update Packages On A Physical Data Carrier Every Quarter. The Data Structure Cannot Be Modified During Performance Without The Prior Written Approval Of The Customer. The Task Also Includes Maintaining The Database For 12 Months With 50 Hours Of Expert Availability Per Month. The Maintenance Package Includes Authorization Management, Weekly Backups And Troubleshooting. Overall, The Acquisition Is Based On Three Main Elements: 1.
