The Object Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of The Supply Contract: Modernization Of The Traffic Management System In The Municipality Of Zalău (Purchase Of Products, Including Assembly, Commissioning And Technical Documentation Related To The System) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specification No. 4259/20.01.2026. The General Objective Of The Supply Contract With Assembly Is To Improve Urban Mobility And The Safety Of The Citizens Of The Municipality Of Zalău Through The Use Of Technologies Its Regarding The Traffic Management System. One Of The Objectives Pursued Is The Reduction Of Greenhouse Emissions Generated By Transport Through Modernization, Efficiency And Sustainable Transport. The Products Purchased And Installed As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Present Project Will Be Integrated With The Systems That Will Be Developed At The Level Of The Municipality Of Zalău, Or Subsequent Investments, Through Api Interfaces Provided, Or Other Identified Solutions, Where Appropriate: Purchase Of Electric Buses (50 Buses Through 3 Different Financing Contracts); Management System For Alternative Transport And Integration Of The Zalău Municipality; The Traffic Management System As An Integral Part Of The Integrated Mobility Management System (Simm-Its) Will Manage And Integrate The Intersections With Traffic Lights In The Municipality And Will Have The Following Components: Cmt - Management Center Of Traffic – Along With The Interfaces For Integration With Other Components Of The Mobility Management System (In Particular With The Video Traffic Monitoring System And Public Transport Prioritization) Equipment At Intersections/Pedestrian Crossings (Modernization Of 20 Intersections): Automatic Traffic Directing Machines, Traffic Lights And Other Necessary Equipment And Elements (And Integration With The System For Giving Priority To Public Transport Vehicles In Traffic Lighted Intersections, Respectively Connecting Rsu Devices To Automatic Traffic Directing Machines In Addition To The Actual Supply Of The Products, The Supplier Has The Obligation To Prepare The Technical Documentation Related To The Provision Of The Products, Namely Their Installation, Installation And Commissioning, As Well As The Repairs During The Warranty Period.
