Performance: At Least 150 Hp Cylinder Capacity (Diesel) At Least 1850 Cm3 Environmental Protection Classification: At Least Euro 6 The Vehicle Must Be New, Which Has Not Been Put On The Market Either In Hungary Or Abroad, And Has Not Been Used As A Demonstration Or Test Vehicle. The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide Assistance Services In Hungary For At Least 1 Year From The Successful Handover. Detailed Technical Parameters And Other Conditions Are Contained In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Documentation. The Tenderer Informs The Tenderers That The Reference To The Possible Make, Origin, Type, Thing, Procedure, Activity In The Technical Description Was Made In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Way, It Indicates The Minimum Quality Requirements. The Offered Vehicle Must Comply With The Technical Description. The Offer Is Invalid If The Offered Vehicle Does Not Comply With The Technical Description. The Offer Of A Vehicle Of The Same Quality As The Vehicle Described In The Technical Description, With Features (Equivalent) Or With Features Better Than Those (More Favorable For The Applicant) Can Be Accepted By The Bidders. Bidders Must Demonstrate Equivalence In Their Bids In An Appropriate Manner. As A National Park Directorate, The Contracting Authority Carries Out Its Nature Protection, Conservation, Control And Management Tasks Defined By Law Mainly In Field Conditions. The 18 Five-Passenger Pickup Vehicles That Are The Subject Of The Purchase Will Be Used Simultaneously, As A Single Fleet, In Hard-To-Reach Areas Characterized By Variable Terrain Conditions. Providing Partial Tendering Could Lead To The Procurement Of Vehicles Of Different Types And With Different Off-Road Capabilities, Which Would Endanger The Same Technical Parameters, The Interchangeability Of The Vehicles, And The Safe And Continuous Performance Of Tasks. The Different Operation, Maintenance And Spare Parts Supply Requirements Of Different Vehicle Types Would Mean Disproportionate Additional Costs And Organizational Burden, And Could Result In Different Environmental Loads During Off-Road Transport, Which Is Contrary To The Basic Nature Conservation Tasks Of The Contracting Authority. In View Of All Of This, In Accordance With The Economic And Operational Interests Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Performance Of Nature Conservation Tasks, The Procedure Does Not Provide The Possibility Of Partial Tendering.
