The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings At Ul. Meissnera No. 7, 9, 11, 13 In Warsaw In The Form Of: Execution For A Complex Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings Located At Ul. Meissnera 7, 9, 11, 13 In Warsaw Comprehensive Technical And Technological Diagnosis And Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Project Consisting In Comprehensive Modernization Of Buildings, Including In Particular Renovation, Thermal Modernization And All Works Necessary To Remove Identified Defects, Irregularities And Functional Limitations, Including - If Necessary - Repairs, Strengthening Or Replacement Of Structural Elements, As Well As Technological And Reconstruction Works. 2. The Planned Modernization Must Be Consistent With The Warsaw Green Building Standard (Wszb) And The Policy Directions Of The Capital City. Warsaw In The Field Of Sustainable Development And Energy Efficiency, As Well As Take Into Account The Principles Of Universal Design, Including The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers In Common Parts Of Buildings And Within Access Areas And Entrance Areas - To The Extent Technically, Legally And Economically Possible. 3. The Documentation Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, I.E. Enable The Conduct Of Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works, The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Achievement Of The Expected Technical, Energy, Functional And Aesthetic Effect. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order For Stages I-Iii Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Annexes, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Stage Iv: Authors Supervision And Support Of The Ordering Party At The Stage Of The Contract Award Procedure, As A Result Of Which The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Selected (Including, Among Others, Preparation Of Explanations Of The Content Of The Design Documentation) And The Preparation Of Energy Performance Certificates For Each Building. This Agreement Will Constitute 10% Of The Gross Value Of The Offered Gross Lump Sum Price Indicated In The Offer Form And Will Be Concluded No Later Than Within 3 Days From The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings To Select The Contractor Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Template Of The Supervision Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
