The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Procurement Of The Management Of Houses And Land Forming A Functional Unit With These Houses, Apartments And Non-Residential Units In A House Divided Into Units, Apartments And Non-Residential Spaces In A House Not Divided Into Units, Or Other Spaces That Are Capable Of Independent Use, In Its Own Name, At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Appendix No. 4 Of This Call. The List Of Properties Affected By The Administration Is Given In Annex No. 5 Of The Call For Tenders. Among Other Things, The Contracting Authority Requires The Supplier To Open And Fully Operate The Office No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, See Paragraph 2.6 Of The Draft Contract. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Further Specified In Detail In The Procurement Documentation, Especially In The Draft Contract.
