Tyre shall be turned inside out to form seat with no bumps and bulges. No steel capped tyres to be used. Tyre shall not be torn or have steel beading showing or protruding. All Sharp edges shall be cut away and rounded off; ATTACHMENTS: All attachments shall be galvanised iron, with any sharp edges ground smooth. Bolts and nuts shall be wide headed cup fitted type with flat washers. The hanger bracket shall be of 3mm galvanised plate (REF: PART A) and shall be drilled to allow fitting of an 8mm pin diameter screw pin chain shackle. Each swing shall be supplied with two such shackles attached to it.
