Scope of Services The selected travel agency(ies) will be required to provide, but not limited to, the following services: International and regional air ticket booking Domestic air ticket booking Route planning and fare optimization Ticket changes, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds Emergency and short-notice travel support Provision of competitive fares and flexible booking options Timely delivery of e-tickets and travel documentation Eligibility Requirements Interested travel agencies must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Valid business registration and operating license. 2. Valid IATA accreditation (mandatory). 3. Tax compliance certificate (where applicable). 4. Company profile with relevant experience (minimum of 3 years preferred). 5. Evidence of experience providing similar services to NGOs, UN agencies, or corporate clients. 6. Availability of 24/7 customer support services. 7. Bank statements or financial capability evidence. 8.
