Provide evidence of relevant past experience, including copies of contracts, purchase orders, or reference letters (where available). 3. Submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the relevant tax authority. 4. Demonstrate financial capacity and good standing to supply the required goods. 5. Confirm ability to comply with required quality standards and provide samples upon request. 6. Provide a detailed, itemized price quotation for each dignity kit component, clearly indicating: a. Unit price per item b. Total price per item based on required quantities c. Currency used d. Price validity period 7. Agree that submitted prices may be used for evaluation and may form the basis for future procurement arrangements.
