Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance for FSPs on Green and Circular SME Financing Scope of service The consultancy services under this program will focus on the following key areas: 5.2.1 Selection and Identification of MFI &SACCOS The service provider shall design and implement a transparent and intentional methodology for identifying eligible financial institutions within the target regions which are Mwanza (Nyamagana and Ilemela districts), Tanga (Tanga city council), and Pemba. Selection will ensure balanced regional representation, with: One Microfinance Institution (MFI) and one SACCOS selected from each region. Proposals must include a clear rationale for the selection criteria, demonstrating how the approach ensures inclusivity, relevance, and alignment with the programs sustainability goals.
