The Client Intends To Procure And Subsequently Maintain A Suitable Motor Vehicle, Including Professional Vehicle Conversion Into A Cable Measuring Vehicle. The Cable Measuring Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Correspond To The State Of The Art And Cover All Methods Of Cable And Sheath Fault Pre-Location, Cable And Sheath Fault Post-Location And Cable Routing. Insulation And High-Voltage Testing, Tangent Delta Diagnoses And Partial Discharge Measurements Of Cable Systems Must Also Be Used. The Cable Measuring Vehicle Must Cover The Specified Spectrum Of Cable Measurement Technology For Energy, Control And Signal Cables. The Location Procedures, Voltage Tests And Cable Diagnostics Must Be Applicable To All Plastic And Paper-Insulated Cable Types And To Mixed Routes Up To A Nominal Voltage Of At Least 30 Kv. High-Voltage Tests According To Din Vde 0276-620/621 And Ieee 400.2 2024 Must Be Provided For Voltage Levels Up To And Including 30Kv.
