General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Services for PPP Capacity Strengthening Project (PPP-CSP) Consultancy for the Operationalization of the PPP Amendment Act and Regulatory Framework in line with PPP Amendment Act; 2. The PPP-CSP has three components: Component 1: Strengthening the regulatory and institutional framework for PPPs in line with the PPP Amendment Act and related capacity building; Component 2: Developing Capacity in Public Investment Management and Public Procurement and; Component 3: Project Management, Monitoring and Coordination; The following consultancies will be undertaken to support the design and development of the above components: . Consultancy for the operationalization of the PPP Amendment Act and Regulatory Framework in line with PPP Amendment Act; Consultancy to undertake a National PPP Diagnostic study and formulate a National PPP Strategy including a strategic work plan for the new PPP Office Consultancy to develop Capacity building plan, conduct APMG certification training for PPP Office (30) and non-certification courses for contracting authorities Consultancy to undertake a review of the PIM legal and regulatory framework and regulatory impact assessment & development of revised PIM guidelines and project appraisal manuals; Consultancy to undertake PIM capacity building to enhance project effectiveness for infrastructure development in line with the approved PIP Capacity development implementation plan 2024 -2026 including PIM Training of Trainers; Consultancy to support e-GP system integration with IFMIS, Digitization of appeals and compliance monitoring processes Consultancy to support the Development of a Regulatory Framework on Sustainable Public Procurement Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
