Expression of Interest for GP Institutionalization Learning & Resource Platform Description: IFC supports the development of private-capital markets in IDA countries, Fragile and Conflict-Affected States, and other frontier markets by investing in SME-focused private equity funds and providing tailored technical assistance to fund managers. To strengthen GP institutionalization and deliver capacity-building support at scale, IFC intends to establish a dedicated Learning & Resource Platform to host templates, toolkits, and structured training programs for participating fund managers. Through this tender, IFC seeks to engage a qualified service provider to design, customize, deploy, and maintain a robust digital platform combining learning-management and resource-repository functionalities. The platform will support structured learning pathways, virtual and live training delivery, progress tracking, certifications, analytics, and version-controlled access to institutionalization tools.
