The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of The Traffic Town In Knurów, Including: 1) The Surface Of The Traffic Town (Road) Made Of Asphalt Concrete (Wearing Surface 4 Cm Thick, Binding Surface 5 Cm) Together With The Substructure, 2) The Construction Of The Surface Of The Traffic Town (Bicycle Path, Sidewalk) Made Of Concrete Paving Stones With A Thickness Of 8 Cm Including The Substructure, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Traffic Town Equipment, Including: A) U-2 Obstacle Bollards - 6 Pcs., B) Speed Bump - 1 Pc. 4) Horizontal And Vertical Marking Of Traffic Town Elements, 5) Construction Of Traffic Lights At One Intersection (Powered By A Photovoltaic Panel) Along With The Development Of A Traffic Light Control Program, 6) Delivery And Installation Of Elements Small Architecture, Including: A) Regulation Board - 1 Pc, B) Information Board - 1 Pc, C) Bicycle Stand - 3 Pcs. 7) Accompanying Works (Earthworks, Demolition, Preparatory, Cleaning Works, Securing Existing Cables With Protective Pipes, Regulation Of Manholes, Height Regulation Of Existing Underground Facilities, Construction Of Lawns, Restoration Of Surfaces And Lawns (Topsoil With Grass) Damaged During Installation Works, Securing Trees During The Works, Etc.). 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz) And The Arrangements Resulting From The Contract Template, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.
