The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering Together With Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Drains; 2) Dismantling The Existing And Installing A New Wooden Roof Truss Structure Along With The Construction Of A New Perimeter Ring And Reinforced Concrete Beams For The Truss Structure; 3) Dismantling And Constructing A New Roof Structure Over The Main Entrance To The Building; 4) Dismantling Roofs Attached To The Façade On The Garage, Main Entrance To The Building, On The Building Economic;5) Disassembly And Construction Of A New Roof Over The Staircase And The Elevator Room;6) Construction Of A New Covering And Insulation On All Roofs Of The Building;7) Dismantling Of The Existing Insulation Of The Walls. 12 Cm, Cleaning The Walls; 8) New Insulation Of The Walls. 20 Cm Including The Construction Of A New Façade Of The Building;9) Insulating The Ceiling Between The First Floor And The Attic, Making Thermal Insulation Covering;10) Replacing External Windows And Doors;11) Installing Automation For The Entrance Door On The Eastern Side Of The Building;12) Making Thermal And Moisture-Proof Insulation, Performing Single- And Double-Sided Horizontal Injection Of Basement Walls;13) Making Peripheral Drainage With Drainage Water And Backfills;14) Reconstruction Of The Area Around The Building In The Scope Of Earthworks;15) Cutting Of Basement Floors Together With The Foundation;16) Construction Of The Foundation And Layers Of New Basement Floors, Taking Into Account Moisture And Thermal Insulation;17) Dismantling The Existing Gas Boiler With Accessories;18) Delivery And Installation Of A Hybrid Gas Boiler Room System With Accessories And A Heat Pump And Adapting The Existing Installation Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water;19) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Plot In Carports;20) Installation Of A New Electrical Installation (Lighting And Plug Sockets) On The First Floor;21) Installation Of A Lightning Protection System;22) Protection Of Walls And Floors Against Damage During Construction Works Related To The Replacement Of The Roof;23) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Radiators;24) Replenishment Of Plaster Before Painting In Each Room;25) Painting Of Walls And Ceilings Basement, Ground Floor And First Floor;26) Installation Of Snow Fences, Chimney Benches And Chimney Steps On The Roof;27) Installation Of Facade, Composite And Lamella Boards On The Facade;28) Installation Of Wooden Soffit.3.
