1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Pressure Boosting Station For The Town Of Tłukomy.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including: On: 1) Carrying Out Preparatory Works (Including E.G. Measurement And Earthworks, Removing The Topsoil Layer, Dismantling The Surface Of Dirt Roads And Other Structures), 2) Carrying Out Construction, Assembly And Installation Works (Including E.G. The Construction And Installation Of A Pressure Boosting Station Ø 2500 Mm H = 2.60 M, P = 0.55 Kw X 4 Along With Equipment, Connection To A Switchboard And A Manhole Absorbent Ø 315 Mm And With Pe Rc Pipeline Dn 32 Mm Pn 10 L = 1.5 M (Section Spc-Zrr), Control Cabinet, Integration Into The Existing Monitoring System And Switching Of Water Pipelines), 3) Commissioning Of The Pressure Boosting Station, 4) Performance Of Reconstruction And Cleaning Works (E.G. Construction And Restoration Of Earth And Road Surfaces). 3. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Plot No.: 301909_5.0011.230 District 0011 Tłukomy.4. The Ordering Party Will Appoint An Investor Supervision Inspector On Its Own.5. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Works Manager To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Data Of The Sanitary Works Manager Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Provide Ongoing Surveying Services Along With Post-Construction Surveying Inventory.8. Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 24 Months (Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).9. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.10. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solutions, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals. They Do Not Bind The Future Contractor To Use Them. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials With Technical And Operational Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Of The Materials Proposed In The Design Documentation. In Relation To Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission For Use/Installation (Certificates Or Declarations Of Performance).
