4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation And Maintenance Works On The Damming Weir On The Lubaczówka River In The Town Of Radawa, Wiązownica Commune At Km. 11+715, Which Is Part Of A Complex Of Hydrotechnical Structures (Hydroelectric Power Plant And Weir), Aimed At Restoring The Structure And Weir Elements To Full Technical Efficiency.4.2 As A Result Of Many Years Of Operation Of The Structure, Its Technical Condition Has Significantly Deteriorated. It Was Found On The Above-Mentioned Buildings, Locally Occurring Damages And Losses In The Reinforced Concrete Structure On Small Surfaces Of The Side Walls Of The Docks And Wings And Pillars, As Well As Small Surface Capillary Cracks In The Lower Parts Of The Dock Walls And Weir Wings.
