Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Drainage Of District Roads

The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Drainage Of District Roads And Emergency Works After Natural Disasters In The Commune Of Czudec And The Commune Of Niebylec. Emergency Works Are Considered To Be Works Resulting From Phenomena Such As: Torrential Rains, Storms, Hailstorms, Flash Floods, Flooding Causing Damage To Road Infrastructure And Urgent Works To Prevent Damage To Roads. The Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate And Includes: • Desilting Of Road Ditches On Average. 0.20 M3/Mb While Maintaining Continuity Of Drainage By Cleaning The Silt Of The Passage Parts Under The Exits (Diameter 0.30 - 0.80 M);• Transport Of Excavated Material Up To A Distance Of 5 Km With Disposal To The Area Acquired By The Contractor. Collecting Excess Soil (Silt) From The Roadsides With A Thickness Of Wed. 0.10 M;• Transport Of Excavated Material Up To A Distance Of 5 Km, Including Disposal To The Area Obtained Thanks To The Efforts Of The Contractor. As Part Of The Tasks, The Ordering Party Envisages Carrying Out Emergency Works After Damage Caused By Natural Disasters. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Works, In The Event Of Removing Damage From Natural Disasters, Full Availability Will Be Required From The Contractors. In Such A Case, Notification Of The Need To Perform Emergency Works Will Be Sent By Phone To The Contractor. In The Event Of Emergency Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Commence Their Implementation Within The Time Specified In The Offer. Maximum Response Time, Up To 5 Hours From Notifying The Contractor By Phone By The Ordering Party. This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Tender Form.
