Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage Facility For The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Boronów Commune

The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With All Legally Required Arrangements, Notifications And All Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Connection Of The Designed Photovoltaic Installation And Its Integration With The Existing Photovoltaic Installation To The Extent Required By The Relevant Distribution System Operator, In Accordance With The Issued Connection Conditions. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide All Solutions Required By The Dso In The Field Of: • Security Automation Eaz,• Measuring Systems And Switching Devices,• Monitoring And Data Transmission Systems, In The Scope Related To The Designed Photovoltaic Installation And Its Connection To The Power Grid. If At The Design Stage It Turns Out That The Existing Inverters Or Other Elements Of The Existing Photovoltaic Installation Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Connection Conditions Or Applicable Regulations And Standards, The Contractor Will Only Be Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party And Present Proposals For Technical Solutions To Meet These Requirements. Possible Replacement Of Existing Inverters Or Other Elements Of The Existing Installation Is Not The Subject Of This Order And May Be Implemented By The Ordering Party Under A Separate Public Procurement, On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of: • A New Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of At Least 50 Kwp, Consisting Of Photovoltaic Modules With A Capacity Of At Least 505 Wp, Mounted On A Stainless Steel Structure And An Inverter With A Capacity Of At Least 50 Kw: • An Energy Storage Facility With A Capacity Of At Least 150Kw And A Minimum Capacity Of 290 Kwh;• Fire Protection Switch For Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources;• Ems Energy Management System;• Eaz Power Automation Protection Devices, Including A System For Limiting The Outflow Of Active Power To The Dso Network;• Switching Devices Coordinated By The Dso;• Monitoring And Communication Devices For The Dso;• Providing A Cable Ethernet Network For The Designed Devices And Installations. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver And Will Install: I. Brand New Photovoltaic Modules, Intended For Installation On A Supporting Structure, Meeting At Least The Following Minimum Requirements:• Cell Technology: Monocrystalline• Rated Power In Stc Conditions: Not Less Than 505 Wp• Module Efficiency In Stc Conditions: Not Less Than 21.3%• Power Tolerance: 0 ~ +5%• Maximum System Voltage: Minimum 1500 V Dc• Maximum Mechanical Load: – Snow: ≥ 5400 Pa - Wind: ≥ 2400 Pa• Dimensions And Weight Of The Module: Enabling Installation On The Designed Supporting Structure And Meeting The Load-Bearing Requirements. Modules Must: • Have The Ce Marking In Accordance With Applicable Eu Directives, • Meet The Requirements Of Iec 61215 And Iec 61730
