Consisting Of Replacing Radiators, Cables, Installation Of Thermostatic Valves, Installation Of Sub-Vertical Valves, Installation Of Automatic Air Vents, Replacement Of Circulation Pumps And Pro-Installation Works; - Insulating The Flat Roof With Polystyrene; - Insulation Of Basement Walls; - Installation Of A Ventilation Unit With Heat Recovery And Installation Of Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation System Ducts; - Insulation Of External Walls; - Façade; - Replacement Of Joinery Window; - Replacement Of External Doors; - Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water System. Consisting In The Replacement Of Electric Water Heaters; - Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones; - Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Together With The Replacement Of Lighting; - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation; - Construction Of An Elevator And A Driveway. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To This Order Specification. If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Swz, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Items, And The Obligation To Prove Equivalence, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4, 5, 6 Of The Public Procurement Law Belongs To The Contractor At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer.
