The Scope Of The Task For Element 1 Includes The Following Works: - Insulating The External Walls Above The Ground With Thermal Insulating Material, - Insulating The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic With Thermal Insulating Material, - Insulating The Roof With Thermal Insulating Material, - Replacing The Existing Window Joinery With A New One, - Replacing The Existing Door Joinery With A New One, - Modernization Of The Heat Source Involving The Use Of Compressor Heat Pumps, - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation - Replacement Of Cast Iron Radiators With Sectional-Plate Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, - Installation Of Automatic Control - Bms Energy Management System, - Modernization Of Lighting - Replacement With Leds, - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, - Use Of Intelligent Energy Management Systems Based On, Among Others, O Ict/Bms Technologies. As Part Of The Thermal Modernization, Measures Will Be Taken To Implement The Objectives Of The European Green Deal, I.E. - Use Of Anti-Smog Facade Paint That Cleans The Air, - Installation Of A Green Wall In The School Corridor And Construction Of A Green Wall On A Fragment Of The Facade (After Insulation, Planting Climbing Plants Planted In A Band Near The Building To Cover The Wall With Vines) Creating A Horizontal Flower Garden, - In The Layout Gutter Installation Of A Rainwater Tank To Manage Rainwater, - Use Of Recycled Materials (Installation Of Gutters From Dismantled Sheet Metal Window Sills And Flashings And Fittings For Gutter Drains From Dismantled Window Sills - Which Need To Be Replaced Due To The Thicker Layer Of Insulation), - Use Of Recycled Materials (Thermal Insulation Material With An Admixture Of Recycled Materials). Requirements For The Use Of Paint Anti-Smog Facade, Construction Of A Green Wall In The Corridor, Construction Of A Green Wall On The Facade, Installation Of A Rainwater Tank And The Use Of Recovered And Recycled Materials Constitute The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order And Are Subject To Verification At The Stage Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Works. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Works In The Event Of Failure To Implement Any Of The Elements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirements. Moreover, As Part Of Element 1 As Part Of The Element, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An Energy Audit - Post-Construction.
