Investment Location: The Investment Covers The Area Of Plots No.: 1163/17, 187/2, 1338/26, Lesser Poland Voivodeship - Oświęcim County - Chełmek Cadastral Unit, Rural Area - Bobrek District, Constituting A Road Lane Of The Internal Road Of Ul. Ogrodowa. The Scope Of The Study Covers A Section Of Approximately 230 Meters, From The Intersection With Ul. Nadwiślańska To The Intersection With Ul. Długa. Scope Of Investment: Work Related To The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Internal Road Of Ul. Ogrodowa. This Study Covers The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sidewalk With Drainage And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or An Application With A Certificate Of No Objection. Scope Of The Study: 1) Construction Design Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Construction Law And Other Regulations (In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679) Consisting Of A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design, A Technical Design And Annexes To The Construction Design. As Part Of The Developed Construction Design, The Required Industry Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Must Be Obtained, Including: Water Permit, Decision On Environmental Conditions Along With The Development Of A Report On The Impact Of The Investment On The Environment (If Required), Etc. It Is Also Required To Perform All Required Project Studies And Obtain Appropriate Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit.
