The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of Rooms In A Municipal Property Building Into A Childrens Club, Located At Główna Street 21 In Gorzków-Osada As Part Of The Task Titled: Active Toddler - Creation Of A Childrens Club In Gorzków Osada. 4.2. In The Part Covered By The Study, It Is Planned To Demolish Several Plasterboard Walls And Change The Layout Of The Rooms In The Premises In Order To Adapt The Facility To The Needs Of A Childrens Club Specified In The Act Of February 4, 2011 On The Care Of Children Under 3 Years Of Age (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 798, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 10 2014 On The Premises And Sanitary Requirements That Must Be Met By The Premises In Which A Nursery Or Childrens Club Is To Be Run (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 925 And Of 2017, Item 2379). 4.3. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Plasterboard Partition Walls In The Premises, 2) Separation Of New Rooms In The Premises, 3) Construction Of New Brick Partition Walls And Suspended Ceilings, 4) Construction Of Auxiliary Rooms Necessary For The Operation Of The Childrens Club, 5) Renovation Of A Corridor Belonging To The Gorzków Commune, 6) Replacement Of Windows And Doors 7) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation, 8) Modernization Of The Installation Water And Sewage,9) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation. Due To The Nature Of The Facility, Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines.
