Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Ten Single-Family Residential Buildings With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Święciechów, Drawno Commune (Tender Iii)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Ten Small Single-Family Detached Residential Buildings, Two Single-Family Buildings And Eight Two-Family Buildings, Along With Construction Equipment And Necessary Connections, Entrance And Land Development On Plot No. 133/11, District 0003 Święciechów. The Buildings Will Be One And Two Stories High And Will Have No Basement. The Buildings Are Designed To Meet The Residential Needs Of The Drawno Commune. The Buildings Will Be Located Next To Each Other In The Central And Southern Parts Of The Plot, The Buildings Will Be Located In The Area Marked By An Impassable Building Line From The Border Of The Road Plot, B.S.L. 0.00 = 107.50 M Above Sea Level, In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit No. 189 Of November 10, 2023. As Part Of The Development Of The Area, The Partially Constructed Multi-Family Residential Building Located On The Plot In Question Should Also Be Demolished, In Accordance With The Demolition Permit No. 259 Of December 6, 2022. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Marking Each Building A Board For Co-Financing From Bgk, The Template Of Which Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract. The Project Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of March 4, 2019 On Standards Regarding The Spatial Development Of The Building And Its Surroundings, Construction Technology And Technical Equipment Of The Building, And The Location Of Projects Implemented With The Use Of Financial Support From The Subsidies Fund (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 457).2.
