Klonowa, Including: - Construction Of Pole Positions For The Lighting Line - 9 Pcs.; - Installation Of Asxsn 2X24 Overhead Line - 367M/374M; - Installation Of Led Luminaires - 9 Pcs., 3) Task No. 3: Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On Existing Poles In Dąbrówka Wyłazy Ul. Wierzkowa And Ul. Jagodowa, Including: - Installation Of Led Fixtures - 3 Pcs. (On Poles 1-7, 1-5, 2-2); - Installation Of Led Fixtures - 5 Pcs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Construction Design And The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Note: - In Relation To Task No. 3, The Design Documentation Covers A Broader Scope Of Matters. The Scope Of The Order Covers Only The Works Indicated In Section 1 Point 3 Of Chapter Iii Of Swz - In Relation To Task No. 4, The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Of Matters. The Scope Of The Order Covers Only The Works Indicated In Section 1 Point 4 Of Chapter Iii Swz.3. All Proper Names Of Materials Used In The Bills Of Quantities And Swz Are Provided As Examples And Define The Minimum Quality Parameters. Materials And Devices With Trade Names Contained Therein Used In The Design Documentation Are Not Valid. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Using Materials Equivalent To Those Specified In The Description, Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities, Provided That Their Parameters Correspond To The Parameters Specified In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be
