1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Along With Waiter Service For The Event Titled: Easter Meeting For Guests Of The Książ.2 Hotel. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Książ Castle And Park Complex In Wałbrzych At 1 Piastów Śląskich Street. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Can Be Found In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Expected Number Of People Participating In The Event: 50, Including 40 Adults, 5 Children Aged 4 - 12 And 5 Children Under 4.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Catering Facility Or Other Catering Facilities Intended For Preparing And Serving Meals For Guests Of The Książ Hotel, Located No Further Than 500 M From Building No. 3 (Main Building - Hotel Reception), At Ul. Piastów Śląskich 1 In Wałbrzych. Justification Of The Requirement: The Requirement Regarding The Location Of The Catering Facilities Results From The Need To Ensure The Freshness Of Meals, The Correct Serving Temperature, Efficient Organization Of Service And The Technical And Logistic Limitations Of The Ordering Party Related To The Lack Of Its Own Kitchen Facilities Enabling Full Provision Of The Service. The Distance Referred To Above Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Publicly Available Google Maps Website, As The Shortest Walking Route, As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers.4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract Under The Option Right To Increase The Number Of Adults Served Under The Contract By 20%.
