Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of Urban Greenery In The City Of Józefów In 2026.

1) The Scope Of The Order In Question Includes: A) Collecting Lawn Waste Before Mowing And Transporting It To The Employers Municipal Container Located At Ul. Jarosławska;B) Mowing Lawns In Road Lanes Of Hardened Roads In The City Of Józefów - Estimated Area: Approx. 40 Ha; Grass Height After Mowing Approx. 5 Cm;C) Mowing The Remaining Lawn Fragments On Flat Areas Near Barriers, Fences, Poles, Lampposts, Etc. (Including Weeds And Self-Seeding Trees And Shrubs Located Within The Lawns) To A Height Of 5 Cm;D) Mowing Fragments Of Sidewalks Near Barriers, Fences, Poles, Lampposts, Etc. (Including Overgrowing Weeds In The Sidewalks);E) Current, Parallel With The Progress Of Mowing, Removing The Mowing From The Paved Adjacent Areas - Roadways, Bicycle Paths, Sidewalks, Strips, Etc.; F) Raking The Mowing From The Entire Area Mown On A Given Day; G) Removing And Managing Waste No Later Than 8:00 The Next Day.2) Mowing Of Individual Streets Will Take Place In Accordance With Partial Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party, Provided That The Period Of Mowing 5 Ha Cannot Be Longer Than 5 Working Days.3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Start The Works Covered By The Order On The Section Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 3 Days Of Receiving The Order From The Ordering Party. In Special Cases Resulting From Weather Conditions, The Deadlines May Be Changed (Extended).4) The Contractor Cannot Use Blowers When Implementing The Subject Of The Order;5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Covers To Cover The Fences Of The Property And Parked Cars To Prevent Damage.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Is 20 Ha.7) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. The Scope Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right May Not Exceed 50% Of The Scope Of The Basic Contract. The Rules For Ordering Options Are Included In Annex No. 12 To The Swz (Ppu).8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Third Party Liability Insurance During The Entire Contract Implementation Period For An Amount Not Lower Than Pln 500,000.9) The Contract Covers Mowing Several Times During The Season. The Number Of Mowings Depends On Weather Conditions.
