Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products: Meat And Cold Cuts To The Restaurant Of The Wałbrzych Sports And Recreation Center Aqua–Zdrój Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Ratuszowa 6 In Wałbrzych.2. According To Current Needs, The Ordering Party Will Order Beef, Pork, Poultry, Game And Cold Cuts From The Contractor According To The Detailed List Included In Annex No. 1A - Assortment And Price Form. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To The Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Service Of The Delivered Products To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Should Have A Car That Meets Sanitary Requirements, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448) In Connection With Regulation No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union Of April 29, 2004 - Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Appendix No. 2 To The Regulation), With Which He Will Deliver The Item Orders. The Ordering Party May Always Control The Conditions In Which The Products Are Transported. If Any Deficiencies Are Found, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Products.5. The Contractor Should Have The Haccap System Implemented In The Production And Trade Of The Products Mentioned In The Swz, I.E. Have A Document Issued By The Authorities Authorized For Official Food Control Or A Company Authorized To Carry Out Certification Stating That The Haccap System Is Used.6. The Delivered Food Must Be Marked With A Visible, Legible And Indelible Identification Code And An Expiration Date Enabling The Identification Of The Food Item From A Given Production Batch, Assigned By The Manufacturer And Enabling Their Traceability, In Accordance With The Applicable Food Law Provisions.7. Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Have A Decision From The Competent Authority Of The Veterinary Inspection Or The State Sanitary Inspection Regarding The Possibility Of Producing Or Marketing A Given Product That Is The Subject Of The Order.8. It Is Required That The Meat Supplied Be Without Sinews And Tallow.9. Goods Will Be Ordered From Monday To Friday. Deliveries Are Expected On Saturday. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Limitations In Current Demand In The Form Of Logistic Minimum, Etc. Each Reported Demand, Regardless Of Value, Must Be Fulfilled On Time And Reliably. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template, Each Incorrectly Completed Delivery Will Be Recorded By The Ordering Party And If Irregularities Are Detected Twice, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Terminate The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor And Impose Contractual Penalties.11. To Determine The Quality Of The Received Goods, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Be Inspected By Wsse Or Wijhars (Also In The Presenc
