Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Górna Street Road In Rudniki

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Designing The Construction Of The Municipal Road Ul. Górna In Rudniki On A Plot With Geodetic Number 2807 Along With Two Intersections With Ul. Górnicza (Plot 2871) And The Intersection With Ul. Kościuszki (Plot 2553) In Total Approximately 735 M, As Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of The Road On Górna Street In Rudniki. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Design Of Accompanying Works, Exits, Roadsides, Sidewalks, Retaining Walls, Intersection Elements, Drainage, Energy-Saving Led Lighting And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To Reporting The Construction Works To The Appropriate Authority) And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Designed Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Building Permit, For Which A Construction Design Is Attached In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Design (Including Technical Design) To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works, B) Land Development Design, C) Executive Design, D) Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With Obtaining A Decision On Its Approval, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), F) Bill Of Quantities, G) Investors Cost Estimate, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Construction Permit (Or Lack Of Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority); 2) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Based On The Prepared Design Documentation. 3. Preparation Of Design Documentation Includes Obtaining And Developing All Materials Necessary To Prepare Comprehensive Design Documentation, Including All Maps For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Arrangements, Conditions, Permits And Opinions, Etc. (Including, If Necessary, A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Consent To Withdraw From The Construction Of A Technological Channel) And To Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority).4. The Ordering Party Has A Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), Which Should Be Treated As A Concept For The Implementation Of Design Works. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Scope Indicated In The Fup For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System, Which Will Be Carried Out According To A Separate Order Before The Construction Of The Road.
