Tenders Are Invited For Providing Respite Care Services As Part Of A Day Stay At The Place Of Residence Of People With Disabilities - Respite Care Program For Local Government Units - 2026 Edition

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Respite Care Services Under The Respite Care Program Of The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy For Local Government Units - 2026 Edition In The Form Of A Daily Stay At The Place Of Residence Of A Disabled Person. Respite Care Should Be Understood As Ad Hoc, Temporary Support In The Nature Of Care Services, In Connection With The Act Of October 23, 2018. On The Solidarity Fund (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1848, As Amended), In Accordance With The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Intended To Relieve The Burden On Caregivers Of People With Disabilities Who Require The Care Of Another Person, Among Others By Providing Them With Assistance In Performing Their Existing Duties Or Providing A Replacement, Thanks To Which The Caregivers Can Gain Time For Themselves. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is Addressed To: A) Family Members Or Guardians Providing Direct Care For Children From The Age Of 2 To 16 Years With A Certificate Of Disability, Or B) Members Of Families Or Guardians Providing Direct Care For Disabled Persons With A Certificate Of A Significant Degree Of Disability Or An Equivalent Certificate, In Accordance With Art. 5 And Art. 62 Of The Act Of August 27, 1997 On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled Persons (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 913, As Amended)2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Up To 240 Hours Of Support In The Form Of Respite Care For 1 Person With A Disability At His Or Her Place Of Residence In The Skarszewy Commune Or Another Place Indicated By The Program Participant Or His Or Her Legal Guardian, As Agreed. With The Program Implementer And The Contractor. The Contractor, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Will Provide The Respite Care Service From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. 3) The Service Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided For No More Than 4,049 Hours During The Duration Of The Contract. The Estimated And Expected Number Of Hours For Persons With A Certificate Of Severe Disability Is 2,249 Hours And For Children With A Certificate Of Disability Is 1,800 Hours. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Covered By The Services And/Or Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Hours Of The Respite Care Service, Depending On The Actual Needs And Financial Possibilities. Disability.5) The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Determined Based On The Gross Price Of 1 Hour Of Respite Care Service Provided In The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor For The Actual Number Of Services Performed. The Price For One Hour Of Care Services Is Binding On The Contractor (1 Hour = 60 Minutes) And He Will Not Make Any Claims Regarding The Implementation Of The Remaining Part Not Ordered By The Ordering Party. 6) The Number Of Hours For The
