The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Transporting Students From Piotrkowice Near Building No. 122C (1St Meeting Point) - Piotrkowice Near Building 110A (2Nd Meeting Place) To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Piotrkowice, Piotrkowice 7 And Back, As Well As Providing Care For Students During Transport.2. Route Length - 4.30 Km In The Morning And 4.30 Km In The Afternoon. Total 8.60 Km Per Day.3. Number Of Transported Students – 8 .4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The List Regarding The Number Of Students, Change The Route Of Transporting Students, Due To Circumstances That The Parties Could Not Have Predicted At The Time Of Concluding The Contract And Dictated By The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Obligation To Provide Transport For Children To School, Without The Ordering Party Incurring Additional Costs In This Respect.5. Students Transport Takes Place On School Days, In The Period From February 2026 To June 2026, Excluding Days Free From Classes, Christmas Breaks, Vacations And Other Breaks Resulting From The School Year Calendar. If School Classes Are To Be Completed On Another Day Off, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule.
