1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Delivery, Replacement, I.E. Disassembly And Assembly Of Rubber, Oil- And Grease-Resistant Belts For Stationary And Mobile Conveyors And Separators At Master – Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O. O. In Tychy At Ul. Lokalna 111) Joining Method: Cold Gluing In Accordance With The Art Of Cold Joints, Hot Gluing In Accordance With The Art Of Hot Joints - Parameters Of The Joined Tapes: Widths From 650 Mm To 2100 In Accordance With The Specification, 2) Making A Maximum Of 55 Joints During The Contract Period, 3) The Service Consists In Replacing The Entire Tape With Making One Joint 1.1. Additional Organizational Requirements:1) Connection Services Will Be Performed In A Place Designated By The Ordering Party.2) All Works/Services Covered By This Contract Must Be Performed In Such A Way As Not To Disrupt The Plants Operation.3) The Contractor Will Be Ready To Provide Services On All Working Days, Working Nights, Days Off And Holidays, Depending On The Needs And At The Request Of The Ordering Party.4) The Contractors Employees Performing The Service Are Obliged To Use Safe Work Methods, Comply With Health And Safety Regulations And Instructions And Orders In Force At The Ordering Party.5) The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining Law And Order, Removing All Waste, Packaging And Other Remains Of Materials Used By The Contractor. If Cleaning Activities Are Abandoned, They May Be Performed By The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense.6) The Contractor Guarantees That In The Event Of Delays In The Implementation Of The Task, The Works Will Be Carried Out Uninterrupted Until The Conveyor Belt Is Launched.2. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Perform Services In Accordance With The Deadline Specified In The Order, B) Clean Up The Area Of Works And Manage Waste. 2) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Safety Of His Employees, Third Parties And Persons Staying In The Area Of Work.
