The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services In The Place Of Residence Of The Charges Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostrów Wielkopolski Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It, Or For People Whose Family Is Unable To Provide Such Care. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Care Services Provided From March To December 2026 Is 16,000 Hours, Which Gives 1,600 Hours Per Month. Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Services: Approx. 25 People Per Month. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order And The Impossibility Of Accurately Estimating The Number Of People And Hours Of Providing Care Services, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Number Of People And Hours May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Identified During The Implementation Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. Care Services Should Be Understood As Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Nursing And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.
