The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Interactive Devices And Printers. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Project Entitled Support For Vocational Education In Siemianowice Śląskie Ii Co-Financed By The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund+) Measure: Fesl.06.03 - Vocational Education. The Equipment Purchased As Part Of The Project Will Be Used By Students And School Teachers During Educational Activities. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Four Parts. Part 1: Purchase Of Interactive Devices As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Vocational Education In Siemianowice Śląskie Ii (Feśl 2021-2027).1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Interactive Devices As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Vocational Education In Siemianowice Śląskie Ii (Feśl 2021-2027)2) The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract Are Included In Appendix No. 4 To The Swz;3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz;4) The Contractor Applying For The Contract Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Name Of The Manufacturer And Model Of The Multimedia Boards And Interactive Monitor And The Name Of The System Operating System With Which The Interactive Monitor Is Equipped;5) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Act, I.E. Having The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or Main Purpose Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Perform The Contract Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People;6) The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Equivalent Solutions, In Accordance With The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Specified In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz For Hardware Or Software That Have Been Described By Indicating The Signs Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor;7) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Did Not Specify The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Pzp.8) The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Label From The Contractor And Does Not Indicate The Applicable Requirements Of A Specific Label, Referred To In Art. 104 Pzp.
