Tenders Are Invited For Classes Conducted By A Teacher As Part Of The Project Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Leszno Subregion, European Funds For The Uk For 2021 - 2027 Program.

The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Meetings With Children Pursuing Education From Grade Zero To Eighth Of Primary School, Staying In Family And Institutional Foster Care In The Rawicz County (Expected Number Of Children: 8) In A Total Amount Of 15 Hours Per Child In 2026.1. Detailed Description Of The Order: 1) Classes Will Take Place At The Childs Place Of Residence. 2) The Aim Of The Classes Is To Help Children At The Kindergarten And Primary School Level (I.E. Grades I-Viii) Overcome Educational Problems By: Improving Auditory And Visual Perception, Stimulating Memory, Working On Concentration And Eye-Hand Coordination. 3) The Contractor May Be A Natural Person Or A Legal Person. 4) Classes Will Be Held Individually, No Longer Than 2 Hours At A Time (1 Hour = 60 Minutes), No Later Than 7:00 P.M., The Frequency Of Classes Will Be Agreed With The Childs Guardian And Will Be Adapted To The Childs Individual Needs. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Following Tasks: 1) Learning About The Childs Educational Deficits; 2) Developing An Individual Program For Working With The Child, Specifying The Educational Deficiencies, Including The Description And Purpose Of The Classes, Using The Method/Form Of Conducting; 3) Documenting The Course Of The Service In The Class Log And Attendance Lists; 4) The Contractor Provides Materials Necessary To Conduct The Classes; 5) Own Transport To The Childs Place Of Residence (Rawice County).
