1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Entitled: Establishment Of A Community Self-Help Home In Słupsk In Podgrodzie For The Needs Of People With Intellectual Disabilities, Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development And Carrying Out Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Investment Implementation. The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Complete Set Of All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Obtaining A Construction/Demolition Permit, Including A Decision To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs.2. The Design Area Includes Plots No. 776/3, 776/4, 788, 789, 787, 795, 771/1 Rev. 6I Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Armia Krajowa Resolution Lxxi/1008/24 Of April 24, 20243. The Building Intended For The Community Self-Help Home Should Be Located On The Plots Indicated As The Design Area In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz. It Is Planned That The Three-Story Facility With A Total Usable Area Of Approx. 800 M2 Will Be Intended For Approx. 60 Residents And Support For Approx. 20 People.4. The Development Of The Area Should Include Exits, Parking Spaces, Pedestrian And Pedestrian Routes, Creation Of A Recreation Zone, Fire Route, Development Of The Area With Greenery, Introduction Of Small Architecture Elements (E.G. Bench, Table, Shelter, Etc.), Drainage And Lighting Of The Area, Monitoring.5. Residential Buildings And Existing Buildings At Ul. Długosza 21 And 23 Are Scheduled For Demolition In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Approximate Volume Of The Building At Ul. Długosza 21 Is Approximately 600 M3, It Is A Two-Story Building Without A Basement. The Outbuilding Is A Single-Story Building With A Volume Of Approximately 80 M3. Approximate Volume Of The Building At Ul. Długosza 23 Is Approximately 900 M3, It Is A Three-Story Building Without A Basement. The Farm Buildings Are Single-Story Buildings With A Total Volume Of Approximately 310 M3. 6. In The Building Intended For The Community Self-Help Home (Śds), There Should Be A Separate Space For The Needs Of The Occupational Therapy Workshops (Wtz). Śds And Wtz Are To Operate As Separate Organizations, Therefore, When Designing, Media Metering Should Be Taken Into Account To Enable The Separation Of The Operating Costs Of Both Facilities. Functional Programs And Guidelines For Both Facilities Are Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.7. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Polish Norms And Industry Norms, As Well As The Provisions Of, Among Others, The Construction Law, The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, As Well As The Technical Requirements Necessary To Perform The Investment Task To The Full Extent And In A Manner Suitable For Operation And Without Defects. The Entire Order Should Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve And Should Include All Necessary Arrangements.
