During The Period Of Order Execution, The Operator Is Obliged To Have Appropriate Authorizations For The Transport Of Persons In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490) And The Act On Public Collective Transport Of December 16, 2016 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 285).10. The Operator Is Obliged To Agree The Terms Of Use Of Transport Stops With The Owners Or Managers Of The Stops And To Place Timetables At The Stops.11. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Timetable In Terms Of Departure Times; The Changed Timetable Requires The Ordering Partys Approval. Timetables Will Be Updated By Submitting Requests In This Regard By The Operator To The Ordering Party On A Quarterly Basis, Together With Their Consideration After Determining The Costs Of Changing The Timetable.
