The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Public Collective Transport Services As Part Of Public Utility Bus Transport On Municipal Transport Lines In The Zagórz Commune, Annually In The Amount Of 105,856.00 Vehicle-Kilometers.2. Vehicle-Kilometer (Wkm) - A Unit Of Measurement Of The Operational Performance Of A Bus, Where 1 Vehicle-Kilometer Is The Travel Of 1 Bus Over A Distance Of 1 Kilometer (Article 2(8) Of The Act Of May 16, 2019 On The Fund For The Development Of Public Utility Bus Transport).3. The Operator Will Provide Services In The Field Of Public Collective Transport, In Road Transport On Communication Lines: 1) Line No. 1: Kalnica - Zahutyń2) Line No. 2: Czaszyn (Brzozowiec) - Zahutyń3) Line No. 3: Mokre - Zahutyń4. The Daily Number Of Trips Is:1) Line No. 1: Kalnica - Zahutyń Runs On Weekdays - 6 Trips, Saturdays And Sundays - 4 Trips Estimated Size Of The Task Expressed In Vehicle Kilometers/Year - 46,312.002) Line No. 2: Czaszyn (Brzozowiec) - Zahutyń Runs On Weekdays - 6 Trips, Saturdays And Sundays - 4 Coursesestimated Size Of The Task Expressed In Vehicle-Kilometers/Year - 29,772.003) Line No. 3: Mokre - Zahutyń Runs On Weekdays - 6 Trips, Saturdays And Sundays - 4 Tripsestimated Size Of The Task Expressed In Vehicle-Kilometers/Year - 29,772.005. Minimum Number Of Seats (Including The Driver) In Each Bus Intended To Fulfill The Order: At Least 18.6. The Provision Of Public Collective Transport Services As Part Of Public Utility Bus Transport On The Communication Lines In Question Will Benefit From Co-Financing From The Bus Transport Development Fund For Up To 105,856 Km And Up To The Maximum Amount Of Pln 317,568.00.7. The Price List For Transport Services In Public Collective Transport Applicable On The Communication Lines In Question Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement. No Changes To The Price List Are Expected During The Term Of The Contract.8. Diagrams Of The Communication Lines Are Included In Graphic Attachments No. 1A, 1B, 1C To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.9. During The Period Of Order Execution, The Operator Is Obliged To Have Appropriate Authorizations For The Transport Of Persons In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490) And The Act On Public Collective Transport Of December 16, 2016 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 285).10. The Operator Is Obliged To Agree The Terms Of Use Of Transport Stops With The Owners Or Managers Of The Stops And To Place Timetables At The Stops.11. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Timetable In Terms Of Departure Times; The Changed Timetable Requires The Ordering Partys Approval. Timetables Will Be Updated By Submitting Requests In This Regard By The Operator To The Ordering Party On A Quarterly Basis, Together With Their Consideration After Determining The Costs Of Changing The Timetable.
