Tenders Are Invited For Hotel Services For Training Participants Under The Cybershield Project - Strengthening The Competences Of The Police In Combating Cybercrime Financed From The Fund For 2021-2027

1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services, Including The Rental Of A Conference Room For 50 People - Participants Of The Training Organized By The Provincial Police Headquarters In Radom On March 11-13, 2026 (I.E. 3 Days / 2 Nights).2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Agreement Be Completed In One Hotel Complex Located In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In Point 3.3. Place Of Operation: Hotel Facility Located Outside The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Siedlce And Outside The Siedlce Poviat, At A Distance Of No More Than 120 Km From The Headquarters Of The Municipal Police Headquarters In Siedlce, Ul. Starowiejska 66,08-110 Siedlce.4. The Ordering Party Will Check The Distance From The Kmp Headquarters In Siedlce To The Place Of Service Provision Using The Website Www.Google.Pl/Maps Designate A Car Route (The Shortest Of The Proposed Routes, Counted In Km). 5. At The Stage Of Examining The Offers, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Conduct An Inspection In The Facility Where, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer (Recognized As The Most Advantageous In The Course Of The Proceedings In Question), Hotel And Restaurant Services Along With The Rental Of A Conference Room Will Be Provided. The Inspection Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Partys Representatives Together With The Potential Contractor To Check The Compliance Of The Offer With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Hotel Standard To Be Below Three Stars.7. The Provision Of Services Includes The Provision Of: 1) Hotel Services, 2) Conference Services, 3) Restaurant Services Within One Hotel Complex.8. Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Needs Of The Ordering Partys Training Will Take Place On March 11-13, 2026 (I.E. 3 Days / 2 Nights). The Conference Room Should Be Available:• First Day - March 11, 2026 - Classes At 10.00 – 17.00 (Including Lunch Break); • Second Day – March 12, 2026 – Classes At 9.00 – 17.00 (Including Lunch Break);• Third Day – March 13, 2026 – Classes At 9.00 - 13.00 (Including Lunch Break). The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Service Of Organizing Training By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Service Consisting Of Renting Hotel Rooms, Meals And Renting A Conference Room With A Capacity Of 50 People At The Same Time. The Organizer Of The Training Is The Ordering Party And The Ordering Party Provides The Training Staff And Training Materials.2.
