The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Winter Campaign In 2026 On The Streets, Sidewalks, Squares And Parking Lots Managed By The Lubawa Municipality (The List Of Roads And Sidewalks Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz) Consisting Of: 1) Snow Removal, 2) Combating Slipperiness, 3) Preparing And Using A Mixture Of Sand And Salt In The Amount Of 20% During The Winter Campaign, 4) Ongoing Replacement Of Supplies Of Materials For Protection During Winter Season,5) Ensuring The Availability Of The Contractors Employees Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Service,6) Conducting The Winter Campaign.2. Winter Maintenance Of The Streets Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Through The Duty Officer Appointed By Him.3. Winter Road Maintenance In Accordance With The Agreed Scope Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor And He Bears Full Responsibility For A Road Accident Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Service.4. On Weekdays From From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M., Decisions Regarding The Start And End Of The Active Winter Campaign, Along With Agreeing On The Number Of Operating Equipment And The Type Of Work Performed, Are Made By The Person Responsible For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order On The Part Of The Contractor, After Obtaining The Consent Of The Person Designated By The Ordering Party. 5. Subject To Point 4, Decisions Regarding The Start And End Of The Winter Campaign Open On Weekdays From: 22:00-06:00, On Non-Working Days And Holidays, With The Exception Of Snow And Ice Removal, Is Undertaken By The Person Responsible For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order On The Part Of The Contractor.6. In Order To Ensure Efficient Conduct Of The Winter Campaign, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Reliable Equipment In Terms Of Technical And Operational Aspects.7. Each Vehicle Participating In The Winter Campaign Must Be Equipped With A Gps Module. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Ensures The Operation Of The Location System For Vehicles Participating In The Winter Campaign. The Equipment Operation Must Be Previewed Live Through Direct Communication Of The Gps Module With The Server, Which Saves At Least Basic Data, I.E. Trace On The Equipment Operation Map, Driving Speed, Date And Time, And Parking Time. Equipment Operation History Must Be Available For At Least 14 Days. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With Unlimited Access To The Application Via A Web Browser At The Ordering Partys Premises.8. The Price Of The Service For Clearing Snow From Sidewalks Using A Set Of A Light Tractor With A Snow Plow Along With Sprinkling A Mixture Of Sand And Salt, Must Include The Manual Removal Of Snow From Pedestrian Crossings And Narrow Areas, In Particular Communication Routes, Sidewalks And Paths Which, Due To Their Width Or Being Blocked By Parked Vehicles, Are Not Accessible To Mechanical Equipment. 9. The Settlement Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Based On The Product Of The Hours Actually Worked And
