The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Purchase And Delivery Of Some Devices And Software Along With Their Implementation For The Needs Of The Darłowo Commune Office As Part Of The Implementation Of The Grant Project Entitled Cybersecure Local Government. In This Procedure, Stage Ii Of The Project Is Being Implemented. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Of The Procedure Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of A Backup System With Deduplication Function (1 Set), Which Includes 1 Backup Server And 1 Additional Backup Server; 2) Implementation Service And Configuration Of The Backup Device. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1 Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Equipment.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System And State Budget Funds.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New (Not Used), Complete, Functional, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Admitted For Trading, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Coming From Current Production, Which Fully Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4, 4A To The Swz. Moreover, No Piece Of Equipment Or Any Of Its Components Will Be Reconditioned, Used For Exhibition Purposes Or Previously Used By Another Entity.
