The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Bread For The Needs Of The Prison Service Training Center In Popowo, Ul. Nadbużańska 41, 07-203 Somianka, Province Masovian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Requires That Deliveries Are Made In Accordance With The Placed Order, Applicable Standards, Appropriate Quality, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. Deliveries Will Be Made Only By Appropriate Means Of Transport For The Transported Goods. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Ordering Partys Facilities Successively, Depending On The Current Demand, Based On Information Each Time Provided By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail By 12:00 On The Day Before Delivery Or On The Last Business Day Before Delivery. Deliveries Are Made Between: 4:00 – 6:00 By Transport And At The Contractors Expense. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Estimated Demand Is Presented In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2.1. To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Quantities Of Articles Indicated In The Assortment And Price Forms Are Approximate And May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Quantities Depending On Its Actual Needs, With The Minimum Quantities To Be Realized Covering At Least 50% Of The Deliveries Of Individual Assortments Specified In The Assortment And Price Form.
