Tenders Are Invited For Driving License Course For Category C, C+E And D, Initial Qualification And Periodic Training Of Drivers

The Subject Of The Order Concerns:• The Implementation Of Training In The Field Of Driving License Categories C, C+E And Dzb And Dzc Or Driving License Categories C, C+E And Dzb And Dzc Together With Accelerated Initial Qualification, Supplementary And Supplementary Accelerated Qualification Or Periodic Driver Training, Adequate To The Needs Of The Applicants.• Organization And Financing Of The State Driving Test And Initial Qualification. Financing Of The Theoretical And Practical Driving License Examination And The Initial Qualification May Take Place Once.• Implementation Of The Qualification Training For The Transport Of Persons Or Goods Together With The Qualification Test, I.E.: Accelerated Initial Qualification Training (In Short: Kwp) Or Supplementary Initial Qualification (In Short: Kwu) Or Accelerated Supplementary Initial Qualification (In Short: Kwup) Or Periodic Driver Training Itself (In Short: Szok), Depending On The Needs Of The Applicants. • Conducting Additional 2 Hours Of Classes (For Each Person) To Discuss The Principles Of Environmental Protection In Road Transport And The So-Called Ecodriving. If People Participate In Two Training Courses, I.E. A Driving License Course And Qualification Training Or Periodic Driver Training, Eco-Driving Classes Should Be Conducted Only Once.• Issuing Documents To Persons Who Obtained A Positive Result In The Internal Driving License Examination In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Enabling Them To Take The State Examination At A Later Stage.• Issuing Documents In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In The Scope To Persons Who Obtained A Positive Result In The State Examination For The Initial Qualification. Covered By The Subject Of The Order.• Issuing Certificates Of Course Completion To Persons After Completing The Training, Containing The Information Specified In § 23(4) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education And Science On Continuing Education In Non-School Forms (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2175, As Amended). The Contractor Will Not Issue The Certificates In Question To Persons Who Have Obtained Positive Results In State Examinations. The Order Concerns The Profession Listed In The Barometer Of Professions - Forecast For 2026 Among The Shortage Professions, Under The Heading: Truck And Tractor Unit Drivers. The Training Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Requirements Of The Act On Vehicle Drivers, The Road Traffic Act, The Road Transport Act And The Implementing Acts To These Acts.
